Adherence to these principles is essential to our reputation, success, and the trust of our stakeholders. By upholding these principles, TSGG and its Suppliers contribute to a positive work environment and the long-term success of the organization. Violations of this Code may result in various actions, including but not limited to contract termination and penalty payments.
1. Integrity and Honesty:
Suppliers of TSGG shall act with integrity and honesty in all business dealings. This includes being truthful and transparent in communication and avoiding any form of deception, fraud, or misrepresentation.
2. Respect and Diversity:
We value and respect the diversity of our workforce and the individuals we deal with in society. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, age, religion, personal affiliations or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited. We foster an inclusive and supportive work environment for everyone that TSGG works and deals with.
3. Confidentiality:
Suppliers must maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and sensitive data entrusted to them by the Company, its employees, or its clients. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited.
4. Conflict of Interest:
Suppliers should avoid situations where their personal interests conflict with the interests of the Company. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed promptly and managed appropriately.
5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
TSGG is a company set in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. TSGG is committed to complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Suppliers must stay informed about relevant laws in their areas of responsibility and conduct business in compliance with them. TSGG also expects its Suppliers to adhere to the highest levels of ethics and morals, ensuring to comply with the local and regional anti-bribery laws, anti-money laundering laws, and other compliance and ethical implications and norms of the region.
6. Fair Competition:
We believe in fair competition and will not engage in anticompetitive practices, including price-fixing, bid rigging, or any other unfair business tactics. Our success should be achieved through innovation, quality, and fair business practices.
7. Social Responsibility:
We are committed to being a responsible corporate citizen. This includes contributing positively to the communities where we operate, supporting charitable initiatives, and considering the social impacts of our business decisions. TSGG is a company that has the community at the heart of its activities, and we expect our Suppliers to reflect the same sentiments.
8. Reporting Violations:
Suppliers are encouraged (and in certain situations obliged) to promptly report any suspected violations of this Code of Ethics. The company is committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation and will thoroughly investigate reported concerns.
