SHAIMA AL SAYED

Shaima the Founder & Creator

Shaima Al Sayed is the founder of TSGG and the creator of The RIHLA™ Journey, a culturally grounded coaching framework designed to support ambitious women in the Middle East through professional and personal transformation. Her work bridges the gap between business dynamics, cultural insight, and legal awareness—particularly for professionals navigating complex regional corporate environments

Shaima the Attorney

In addition to her coaching and leadership work, Shaima brings over 18 years of legal experience across the GCC and broader MENA region. She is a seasoned attorney and regulatory strategist who has advised multinational corporations on high-stakes matters including commercial contracts, distributor frameworks, data protection, compliance structures, and government relations. Her approach is deeply informed by regional realities and grounded in business pragmatism, allowing her to align legal functions with corporate strategy while maintaining compliance integrity.

Shaima is currently part of KLME Law in Abu Dhabi, where she serves as Legal Consultant. Some of her projects involve stepping in as a contract in-house counsel, with a focus on transforming legal departments and elevating corporate compliance to the next level.

Shaima the Trainer

Shaima's high-level training can make a world of difference, and takes her corporate training to another level.  The process begins with developing a culture of learning. Within this environment, the pursuit of knowledge can come through many platforms, yet one needs to understand the qualities that should include creativity, curiosity, and empathy.

She is also a lead member of CLIP, where she designs and delivers tailored governance, legal, and leadership training across the UAE and wider GCC. Her deep cultural fluency and cross-sector experience make her the ideal academic lead for CLIP’s ACGQ programme. As a Course Leader, Shaima is responsible for academic oversight, content localisation, and the delivery of specialist modules across all three programme years.
